One thing that evolved on the nLab that I think turned out nicely is that when you link to wikipedia or some other reference, instead of providing a link directly on the page, you create a "stub" on the wiki with the same name and provide the link there.
For example, if you want to link to "Global Warming" on wikipedia from a page "Foo" on Azimuth, you would create a stub Global Warming on the wiki and then provide a link to Wikipedia from there. This way, when someone wants to add content to Global Warming, all Azimuth links point to the correct place.

Sounds good. I'm desperately trying to "create content" for our wiki right now (as well as desperately trying to finish a paper on the foundations of quantum mechanics), so I'm being pretty ruthless about grabbing stuff I wrote and sticking it on Azimuth — including links to Wikipedia. I'll polish stuff later. But if you or anyone else wants to start polishing now, go ahead!

I like everything so far. Can't wait to open it up. I've already subscribed to both feeds, so I now see any and all comments on the forum and I see any and all edits on the wiki.
This note was just a word of wisdom (I hope!) I thought I would pass on, i.e. something learned.

Yup, thanks for the word of wisdom. I'm gonna do some dumb stuff because I'm sort of rushing now... but wisdom is still good.
Btw, I think this sort of conversation should be going on in "Azimuth Project" rather than "General".
In my dreams we will someday also use this forum to actually work on science that'll save the planet. So, we'll have some "research" categories...

John, you should be able to move discussions from one category to another as you like. Look in the menu on the left; no, your other left; and you should see a link "move discussion".

First things first. The phrase you will hear over and over and it never loses its meaning is, "Andrew rocks" :) Awesome progress.
