This looks like an interesting organization:
Their 2009 report supposedly lists 9 ways to chop CO2 emissions by a gigatonne per year by 2020. (Note: a gigatonne of CO2 is a lot less than a gigatonne of carbon.)
I haven't looked at it yet; I hope and imagine that it's more detailed than the Pacala-Socolow Stabilization wedges paper.
