    Yes, thanks for reminding me. The real reason was that I didn't have enough time to do it decently (the "decently" here is a one thumb up decency, not a three thumb) and then I forgot. But by now I also remember a few other pages which I still have to work on... I will do it as soon as possible, but I just posted about a paper which would be more interesting. And I also have the Living Forests energy chapter which I have to write about now I've read it: WWF has produced a few models to estimate the impact of biofuels on forests. Btw, they have the best results when they implement an assumption called "Diet Shift").

    And I guess there are other threads I have completely forgotten about...
