Let $$A := \{h, 1\}$$ and $$B := \{1, 2, 3\}$$.

1. There are eight subsets of $$B$$; write them out.
2. There are six elements in $$A \times B$$; write them out.

Here is my solution to the first part.

1. $$\{ \}, \{ 1 \}, \{ 2 \}, \{ 3 \}, \{ 1, 2 \}, \{ 1, 3 \}, \{ 2, 3 \}, \{ 1, 2, 3 \}$$.
