New wiki for ACT

The Functorial Wiki:

This is an independent community-based multiweb wiki for applied category theory, hosted and endorsed by the Azimuth Project.

Note the "blog" web there. That could be a good place to develop tutorial literature, for things like the Petri net study group at the forum.
