[Trenberth & Hoar] do concord with my view, that this sort of oscillation is "predominantly" a standing wave (not exclusively), and therefore predominantly resonant at its inherent Helmholtz harmonics, more Coriolis Excitation driven, and rather chaotic, rather than easily Lunisolar Forced.
